It is an ideal scope mount specifically designed for the m16a1/a2 rifle an attaches via a self-locking thumbnut that snugly fits into the hole in the carry handle for an accurate and continuous zero hold. The #02 carry handle mount also features a wide angle tv-shaped channel for use with a variety of iron sights.
