The lightweight aluminum bolt shroud has close-tolerance bottom flats (.010" larger in areas) to minimize bolt side play. Gives consistent, cocking piece/sear height for repeatable engagement/release with all factory and aftermarket triggers. Firing pin is flute steel fully polished with a radius on tip to avoid breakage. Firng pin spring has reduced od and id to minimize unnecessary bending and drag.
