Technical data & information: Clymer's version of the long forcing cone reamer for shotguns extends shorter factory forcing cones to a full 13⁄8" length, gently tapered for improved patterns and less recoil. These cutters have eight 8β°, straight flutes that make them very smooth cutting reamers. They can be used to lengthen the chamber and cut the new forcing cone in one operation, or cut the forcing cone only, if desired. The long, non-cutting shank makes it possible to alter many barrels using only a large tap handle (shank is 7⁄16" square) to turn the reamer. An extension may be required on some barrels.
