Technical data & information: Rugged, solid steel fixed rear sight fits the standard bo-mar bmcs slide cut, perfect for converting an existing adjustable-sight 1911 to a tactical or self-defense configuration. Fully radiused edges and corners help eliminate snagging during draw from concealment, and front of blade is squared off to aid one-handed slide racking to clear jams. Deep, .135" wide notch produces a clear sight picture with more light around the front blade for faster target acquisition. Fine, 50 lpi horizontal serrations on blade rear face eliminate glare and the distorting effects of uneven ambient light.
