It replaces the top half of a nightforce x-treme duty scope ring to provide you with 4" of mil-std 1913 picatinny rail. The nightforce rap sits just high enough it won't interfere with the optic. Made of strong yet lightweight machined aluminum, the rap is sturdy enough to ensure your mounted accessories maintain zero, even under heavy recoil.
