These high quality rivets, pins and reinforcement plates are just what you need to successfully complete your ak rifle build. Beefed up support prevents receiver "crush" during peening on 1mm receiver flats. Rivet is made slightly longer then the original length to provide adequate peen over and the correct "mushroom" shape after peening. Support is turned from steel, center drilled to the correct diameter, then hardened to rc 50-52 for far better strength than the flimsy factory part made of steel tubing. Technical data & information: Steel, push-button pins give a positive lock that quickly release with finger pressure for easy access to the inside of your ar-15's upper and lower receivers. These enhanced pins now have an end cap to ease in pin removal and installation. The cap also prevents debris from entering the internals of the lower and the pin. Three, spring-loaded detent balls hold pins in place and prevent wear or binding in the pivot hole or receiver hole when removed. Pivot pin replaces the factory front pivot pin. Technical data & information: Redesigned hammer pin and anti-rotation links provide the strongest possible system to eliminate pin rotation, and will withstand the additional force exerted by 9mm conversions and suppressed .223 upper receivers. Helps prevent wear to receiver holes, which is especially important for increasingly-valuable m16 and pre-ban receivers. Notched hammer pin locks into slots in the anti-rotation links; trigger is secured with locking screws, and includes lube ports so adequate lubrication reaches the trigger.
