The btfa lets you put a folding stock on any rifle that uses a standard ar-15 buffer tube as the attachment point for mounting its buttstock. The adapter simply screws into the rear of the chassis, where the ar-15 buffer tube would normally go, and then the buffer tube is screwed into the btfa.
