Ballistic advantage gave this m4 upper receiver a top-quality fn barrel with a true g.I. M4 profile, including the m203 grenade launcher cutout up front to give it an authentic military look. Made out of extra-hard 4150 steel the barrel has button broached 1-7" rifling to stabilize any standard 5.56 bullet, with m4 feed ramps for reliable feeding of rounds into the chamber.
