Technical data & information: The ed brown ambidextrous machined tactical thumb safety provides a slim pad for use in tactical or concealed carry applications. This is the same as the wide ambidextrous safety but with the levers trimmed to a 1/8" slender profile for better carry and concealment. This version is fully machined from stock for unbeatable quality and no chance of warping or porosity. This design uses a special hammer pin (included) to hold the safety securely, eliminating the need to modify the grips. Designed for all 1911 type frames and made from high quality steel. Available in blued or stainless steel. Requires minor gunsmith fitting for safe operation and includes c mfg: ed brown specs: fits, all 1911 type frames.
